In the afternoons I’ve been working on a large 18 x 24 inch sized painting for upcoming exhibitions via the Caplan Art Designs Gallery. Here’s a video of me working…

I’m playing with common phrases because words and meanings matter.

I very much enjoy the pun and I love the way you’ve created the texture on the bear’s fur.

I LOVE the bear painting. You’ve given him or her such an appealing expression. And of course a good pun is always appreciated.

You’re welcome, Sue! I should perhaps clarity that I enjoy puns of the clever variety as opposed to those of the groaner variety.

Very charming! And I love plays on words and visual puns, so this series will likely be a favorite for me – though many of your ideas intrigue me with their cleverness. I really enjoyed the series with the little jars of thoughts on their heads too. Have a happy week, Sue!!
