To bear fruit

In the afternoons I’ve been working on a large 18 x 24 inch sized painting for upcoming exhibitions via the Caplan Art Designs Gallery. Here’s a video of me working…

Here’s the finished painting:

To Bear Fruit – by Clancy – 18 x 24 inches – acrylic on board

I’m playing with common phrases because words and meanings matter.

I hope your week is fruitful in ways that satisfy you.

  1. I very much enjoy the pun and I love the way you’ve created the texture on the bear’s fur.

  3. Very charming! And I love plays on words and visual puns, so this series will likely be a favorite for me – though many of your ideas intrigue me with their cleverness. I really enjoyed the series with the little jars of thoughts on their heads too. Have a happy week, Sue!!
